Born and raised in Michigan. A Michigander. A mom to a 4 1/2-year-old and almost 3 year old. Decided after a long career in advertising, I needed a change. I was on a hamster wheel day after day and realized that this what not the life for me. Never in a million years did I ever see myself doing what I do, but I'm incredibly happy where life has brought me. Took a chance on me and something outside the box and it has brought me so much happiness and life. 3.5 years as a Rodan + Fields consultant... allowing myself to build a business around my life and allow others to do the same. It's my girlgang, ladytribe. <3

What makes you a boss?

Leadership. Building others up. Always cheering on others and supporting women however you can.

Proudest moment in your career AND personal life?

Proudest moment in my career, honestly.. realizing that my 12+ year marketing/advertising career no longer suited the life I wanted to live. It gave me a great lifestyle but I was working to live and life is much more than that. For my personal life, I would say becoming a mom and running my owner business with my little ones as my sidekick.

Lowest point?

I try not to focus on too many of my low points. I've had a lot, I learned a lot and then moved on.

Why should everyone have a #LadyTribe to lean on?

Girl gangs, lady tribes... everyone needs one. I never thought I needed one but I can tell you to be a part of something that is positive, lifts up others and cheers you on is incredible.

What passion project are you working on right now?

My passion project is building my team with Rodan +Fields and helping others achieve success. Fulling their dreams and making sure they never doubt themselves.

What's your next big move?

I'm incredibly happy where I am now. Building a business, raising a 3-year-old and 4 1/2 year old.

What is the hardest decision you've ever had to make?

Gosh, this is hard. When I thought I was a hard decision I look back and think that wasn't hard, that's life. It's all about hard decisions and learning from them and growing.

The one advice that always sticks with me is never get up. Fail and fail hard. Fail numerous times and pick yourself up again. You will succeed.
