Lip Saviors: Tinted Moisturizers

While I love lipsticks, I hate that they aren't always the most moisturizing. So, I could use chapstick, then lipstick, then repeat in a few hours, and turn my chapstick the same shade as my lipstick. But, 9 times out of 10, I just use tinted lip balms instead.
