#SelfCare is not just about yoga, or trips to the spa, or indulging in some well-deserved ice cream. It’s about doing something that is good for your body and mind. I’m a strong believer in the philosophy of taking one hour out of the day to do something for yourself. For me, I find peace of mind in spin class or the edge of my mat.
