25 Simple Ways to Take a Mental Health Break
Here are some simple ways to take a mental health break, even if you “never have time” because you’re a f*cking boss. Try one activity every day!
Go for a walk in nature.
Take a social media cleanse for a day.
Try a new recipe… or a new restaurant.
Call a loved one.
Spend Sunday morning at a local farmers market or event.
Eat ice cream.
Enjoy a latte.
Spend an extra 15 minutes in the shower.
Just dance!
Take an art class.
Write down affirmations and leave them on your desk to read again and again.
Take a bubble bath.
Deep breaths.
Mask & Read… Put on a sheet mask and read a book.
Binge a new Netflix series (or Hulu)!
Take a yoga class.
Treat yourself to that sweater you’ve been eyeing.
Pour yourself a glass of wine or two.
Sleep in or stay in bed for that extra hour on a Saturday morning.
