My Modere Routine is Easy as 1-2-3

My fitness journey in a nutshell — A lotta hard work with a little bit of help! I’m certainly not going to give Modere all the credit for my Summer bod, but they certainly helped me get here. I work out with weights twice a week, get my cardio done on the spin bike 4 times a week, and at a bare minimum, I always go for an hour-long morning or lunchtime walk. I added a few Modere products to my daily routine, around March of last year., which my sister turned me onto.

The fat burner a.k.a. “Trim” or “liquid gold” is my favorite part of the Lean Body Trio. Trim comes in several flavors; Coconut Lime is my personal favorite, but everyone raves about Chocolate, and Vanilla is definitely my least favorite. Truthfully, all the flavors are good, so if the flavor you want is sold out, just try another while you wait. It’s only a tablespoon a day, but if you get bored of one flavor quickly, keep a few different bottles in stock. There’s also the Burn or the Carb Blocker… I take 3 Carb Blocker capsules with my heaviest meal of the day, typically around lunchtime, but not necessarily every day. I believe it has a little bit of caffeine in it, but it’s just the perfect amount to give me an extra boost of energy towards the end of the work day so I’m not too tired for an afternoon workout. No jitters for me, but I’ve heard complaints about this from other Modere clients. And the Activate is a monthly cleanse that I take for 3 consecutive days, preferably before bedtime. Promise it’s not as bad as it looks! I know the green sludge in a glass might look a little off-putting, but it’s actually very zesty.

And the best part is that I use Modere products and share my experience on social media all the time, while writing some honest product reviews as I do for any other products featured on my blog, and I get paid for it! Shoot me an email if you’re interested in becoming a Social Marketer with Modere. Please feel free to reach out for help placing your first order.

Please note that Bianca is no longer a Social Marketer for Modere, which means she doesn’t sign folks up to sell anymore, and still uses their products from time to time, while receiving referral credits for sales as opposed to commissions.
