15 Minute Workouts to Break Up Your Work Day
I like to work out in the morning, middle of the day, and sometimes in the evenings too. But I’m not training for a marathon or anything. It’s just so I can remain active throughout the workday. Even when I did work in an office, I still got up from my desk and took a walk during lunch, in addition to my evening spin class after work. Lack of time is probably the most popular excuse I hear from friends and family when it comes to working out. But if you just add a few short workouts to your day, eventually it can turn into an hour a day without even realizing it.
