Some New At-Home Workouts to Try... With 5lb Dumbbells
It might be hard to get motivated to work out at home, but just keep trying! Starting off small and working my way up to an hour a day, three to four days a week, for three months has really helped me start getting into a daily workout routine. Now I’m working out consistently Monday through Thursday. Videos are embedded below and I’ve linked my workout equipment below.
Equipment
Here are some of my favorite picks for weights. I really like All in Motion, which is a brand exclusive to Target. That’s where I picked up most of my workout equipment during the pandemic. But if any of my picks are sold out, Amazon Basics is always an option. I always recommend lightweights, but everyone’s perception of weight is different. So if you wanna buy heavier weights, be my guest.
YouTube Workouts
Last but not least, here are the Youtube workouts I’ve been loving. Believe it or not, they don’t require heavy weights and you’ll still break a sweat.
Full Body Workout (10 minutes)
Upper & Lower Body Workout (8 minutes)
Arm Workout (5 minutes)
